What is the difference between online and in-person coaching?

Both offer the same custom planning and support. In-person provides hands-on coaching, while online offers the flexibility to train from anywhere in the world.

Do I need a gym for the online program?

Yes, for the best results, you will need access to a gym with standard equipment like barbells and dumbbells. This is key to your transformation.

What certifications do you hold?
