From the Navy to Your Neighborhood

After serving in the U.S. Navy and seeing a gap in accessible wellness, I founded my practice to bring expert, studio-level care directly to you. My mission is to restore your freedom of movement and quality of life.

What's the difference between assisted stretching and yoga?

Assisted stretching is a one-on-one session where I do the work for you. I use specialized techniques to guide your body into deeper, more effective stretches than you could safely achieve on your own.

Who is assisted stretching for?

It's for almost everyone! I work with busy professionals, athletes, and active seniors. If you want to move better and feel less tight, it can help you.

What should I expect during my first session?

We'll start with a brief chat about your goals. Then, you'll relax on my massage table while I guide you through a series of gentle, targeted stretches, ensuring you're comfortable and safe.

How often should I schedule sessions?

It depends on your goals. For lasting improvements, many clients find weekly or bi-weekly sessions most effective. We can build a personalized plan for you.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

Not at all. My job is to meet you exactly where you are. Every session is customized to your current ability level to safely and gradually improve your range of motion.
