Fractional roles are designed for flexibility but are most effective over a minimum of 3 to 6 months. This allows enough time to diagnose core issues, implement strategic changes, mentor team members, and demonstrate measurable progress on key business objectives.

Who is not a good fit for your services?

My expertise is most valuable for growth-stage companies whose core business relies on a complex data or software platform. If you're pre-product-market fit, or your primary challenges are in sales and marketing rather than technology and scale, I may not be the right advisor for you at this stage.
